You may find this answered more quickly in learn.oca.ac.uk/mod/hsuforum/view.php?f=483 or on helpdesk.oca.ac.uk/hc/en-gb/requests/new.

You can upload a PDF at spaces.oca.ac.uk/rcdrawingfromthepastlog/wp-admin/upload.php but I am unsure how to stop it being downloaded from here. I know you can set documents as view-only in Google Drive - perhaps you can do that and embed it in a blog post? What you'll need to do for that is:

    Upload your document on drive.google.com
    Click on Manage Access
Click on the cog icon in the top-right of the pop-up window
Untick the box Viewers and commenters can see the option to download, print, and copy
    Press the back arrow
Click Copy Link in the bottom-left of the pop-up window

Go to spaces.oca.ac.uk/rcdrawingfromthepastlog/wp-admin/edit.php if you would like to edit an already-existing post or go to spaces.oca.ac.uk/rcdrawingfromthepastlog/wp-admin/post-new.php if you want to make a new post
Click on + (if you hover over it with your cursor it will read Toggle block inserter)
    Search for Embed
    Paste the URL
