OCA spaces deleting a site

Hello, I have created 2 sites with the wrong template and need to delete them. When I try and do this it says that they have sent an email to await my confirmation on this request. When looking at my email and looking through my junk I cannot find anything. Does anyone know what I can do?

    Thank you for your forum post.

    Could you please contact either myself, stephenhighfield@oca.ac.uk, or the TEL Team, techsupport@oca.ac.uk, to email and preferably also including a link to the site(s) you'd like to delete, and we'll be happy to delete them on your behalf. Unfortunately, it's not possible for students to delete any site, including ones they create, within OCA Spaces.

    I would also like a space deleted that I no longer require.

    Dear Tina,

    Thank you for your response.

    Is the site linked in your forum post the site you'd like to delete?

    If so and before I proceed, can I please confirm that it doesn't contain any contents you'd like to retain? Once deleted, it and any contents cannot be recovered.
