Unable to log into library

I am struggling to access the library and have followed the instructions given, to log out of all google accounts, clear cache & cookies, use a different browser but I still always get the following error message.  Can you help please.  Thank you Tina Harvey

    Thank you for your forum post.

    As a Foundations student and per the guidance available via the OU Library, you unfortunately don't have access to the OU Library - thus the error message you've encountered - until/if you continue onto the Undergraduate degree, however, you can contact the library@oca.ac.uk email address for additional support, suggestions and guidance.
