Thank you for your forum post.
The "Error 403: App not enabled for this user" error message is caused as you're attempting to access and sign into OCA Spaces using a personal email account and not your OCA email account.
If you haven't already done so, you'll first need to sign into your OCA email account prior to accessing OCA Spaces and signing in using the blue 'Sign in with OCA email' option; the Signing into OCA Spaces sub-chapter provides applicable guidance regarding the process.
