I tried to follow the advice about downloading, or at least using Microsoft 365 but when I tried to login via google I had this message

Message: AADSTS51004: The user account cecilia532611@oca.ac.uk does not exist in the 5b854f90-1dea-4e8d-880f-0acf34b7efa3 directory. To sign into this application, the account must be added to the directory."

any ideas? Thanks

    Dear Cecilia,

    Thank you for your forum post.

    This particular issue is caused as you're still within your two week induction period. Upon completing the induction period and providing you opt to continue studying with OCA, you'll be granted access to MS Office 365 at the same time as being enrolled onto your course unit, in this specific instance, week commencing October 16th.
