Thank you for your forum post.
For the form to submit successfully, you will need to remove the 'spaces.oca.ac.uk' text that you have entered in the 'Site Name' field as this is automatically applied to the name you select.
This would mean you only need to enter 'sharon534178'. Once submitted, your site should be created successfully, but please get in touch if you have any issues.
