Google login error

Hi,
When I attempt to login to OCA Learn dashboard via Google it gives me the following error:
"Your sign-in settings don't meet your organisation's 2-Step Verification policy.
Contact your admin for more info"
- It was fine until this morning, never had any issues before.

I can login the standard way, using my original OCA password but not via Google using my Google password.
This is worrying as I have a meeting booked with my tutor tomorrow morning.
Many thanks
David.

    Hi David,

Please can you contact ithelpdesk@oca.ac.uk, as they will need to provide you a 2FA exemption for you to log in.

    Hi David,

Thank you for your forum post.

The log in error you have encountered is due to not setting up the required 2-step verification on your OCA Email Account. Please contact IT Services to request a 2-step verification exemption to enable you to sign in by emailing ithelpdesk@oca.ac.uk.

They will also provide guidance on how to get 2-step verification set up should you require additional support.

    Kind regards,
