Tutor needed to get in touch with tech to enter my blog

Hi, My tutor has said that she had a message to say she needed to contact TEL to get access to my bio. Was the problem something I have done/ or haven't done my end?

    Thank you for your forum post.

    As you have selected the 'Visible only to registered users of this site' privacy option for your learning log, access is limited to staff and students who have been added via the 'Users' page available from your site dashboard.

    I can confirm that your tutor was successfully added as a user on 06/12/24, which will enable them to access your posts.

    For more information on how to view who has access to your learning log, as well as adding and removing users, please see the Add or Remove a User(s) section of the Tech Support, Guidance & Workshops course.
