Thank you for your forum post.
Unfortunately, and as we don't provide the IT equipment, there's little advice we're able to provide and I'd therefore recommend contacting the manufacturer and/or retailer from whom you purchased the device from.
In the meantime, I'd recommend the following;
- Establishing whether or not the camera works using any other programme(s), such as Zoom or the default camera app installed on your device.
- Checking for any software and/or driver updates.
- Ensuring that no privacy or security restrictions are preventing your camera from starting; this will be particularly applicable should your camera work using another programme(s).
- Consider reinstalling and/or using Google Chrome.
