Incorrect Time Zone When Booking Student Support Call

I booked a call with student support through the OCA website today. I thought I was booking for 9.50 on Monday (which was what the website showed) but the confirmation email shows a calendar entry at 14.50 and shows the 9.50am as being Eastern Time! 
So now I'm not sure whether the website or the email has the correct time...

    Thank you for your forum post.

    Are you referring to the Information, Advice and Guidance Team Appointments?

    If so and upon selecting your preferred advisor, the applicable time zone will be displayed in the upper right corner and is based upon your location and Google Calendar settings. Additionally, the time zone may also be affected by a VPN, if enabled.
