An issue occurred involving our automated enrolment processes and thus delayed your enrolment. However, the issue is now resolved and you'll now have access to your unit within the next hour, if not already. If you still don't have access to your unit by 16:00 GMT today, January 16th, please let me know and I'll escalate the issue further.
