As tutorials are booked periodically, when applicable and directly with the respective tutor, there unfortunately is no notification functionality available nor would I consider it necessary.
In regards to group workshops and events available via the Photography Department Events course, I'll be working in the near future to overhaul the layout facilitation of group sessions, however and in the meantime, you can subscribe to the embedded 'BA Photography' Google Calendar using the blue '+' icon, located in the lower right corner of the calendar, whereby the calendar and all subsequent events will be available via your personal Google Calendar. However, and following this process, you won't receive any notification as and when events are added or impending, as this functionality isn't available due to the process in which we opt to schedule the events.
