Padlet Dashboard blank

Hi,

I have a problem with Padlet, which is not showing anything in the dashboard.  I can still see my work on my mobile app, but not on the desktop.  Thinking it might be a problem with the desktop app for Mac, I went to reinstall.  The app is not showing as being available for desktop computers, only iPhone and iPad. 

Any ideas what's happening here?  It appears that I'm not the only student with this issue.

    Dear Richard,

    Thank you for your forum post.

    I suspect the issue to be caused as you're accessing the public version of Padlet (Padlet.com) - referred to as a "Vanilla" account - and not the OCA specific version (oca.padlet.org) - referred to as a "Backpack" account, within the Padlet Support & Guidance.

    However, and should this not be the case, please contact me via email, stephenhighfield@oca.ac.uk, preferably providing a screenshot of the empty Padlet dashboard, and I'll investigate the issue further.

    Please note that there isn't a Padlet app available for desktop computers and you'll therefore need to access Padlet using a browser and via oca.padlet.org, as mentioned above.
