Thank you for your forum post.
This issue typically occurs in instances where you're not signed into your OCA email account prior to accessing and signing into OCA Learn.
If you haven't already done so, I'd first recommend signing into your OCA email account, before proceeding to sign into OCA Learn, whereby following this process you'll be automatically signed into your account.
However, and should the issue persist, please let me know which browser you're using and I'll be happy to advise you further.
