Can someone from tech answer this query about google calendar please.

When I use my google calendar to plan and organise my work it appears that it also becomes available on other google calendars in the photography section for example the tutor led events. Please tell me that if i add something to my own google calendar it is not visible to everyone on the course?

    Thank you for your forum post.

    Could you please provide an example, including the title, date and time, of an event you've created within your personal Google Calendar which also appears on any of the embedded Google Calendars available within OCA Learn? At a quick glance through the Tutor Led Group Work calendar, for example, I don't see any erroneous events scheduled within the coming months.

    Once clarified I'll be able to advise you further, however, adding an event to any of the embedded Google Calendars would first require permission to edit the calendars, something students, including those who subscribe to the calendars, do not have, and I therefore, wouldn't anticipate this being possible.
