It may be that you've already received help elsewhere with this query, but in case you haven't, I'll do my best to advise you.
At present, only Music students submit their work for formal assessment through OCA Learn, all other students submit for formal assessment through the GDrive service when they receive their invitation email from the Assessment Team - assessment@oca.ac.uk - email account.
If you're referring to submitting your course work for tutor feedback following a part/project on OCA Learn, then you might want to contact techsupport@oca.ac.uk - as Jenny has already suggested - for assistance.
